Teaching
Associate professor  (Université de Cergy-Pontoise
I teach in the département des Sciences Informatiques of the CERGY university, in which I'm responsible for the professional Master SIIC  (Systèmes Informatiques Intelligents et Communiquants, Intelligent and Communicating Computer-based Systems).

I'm involved in the following courses
  • Algorithmics and Abstract Data Types (DEUG MIAS)
  • Operating Systems (Licence informatique,  2nd year)
  • Object-oriented Programming and Java (Licence informatique, 2nd year)
  • Object-oriented analysis & design, UML (Master SIGE 1st year)
  • Agents and Intelligent Systems (Master SIGE 2nd year)
  • Computer networks and network programming (DESS SMC)

Research
Research interests:
  • Collaborative multi-agents systems
  • Collective learning, imitation
Current project : "Theroetical studies on the spatio-temporal dimension of behaviours: an economical / robotics research"
The aim of the project is to try to determine what kind of dynamics can emerge from a population of autonomous agents, when three kinds of parameters evolve:
  1. The cognitive level of the agents
  2. The complexity of the environment in which they live
  3. The ability to imitate one another
